Set up delivery zones
For each client contract, draw a boundary around the target neighborhood. FlyerBuddy auto-detects every building inside from OpenStreetMap. You get a real list of doors — not an estimate. Share the zone map with the client so you both agree on what 'the neighborhood' means.

Assign crews
Hand each zone to a distribution crew. Each worker opens the app and sees only their assigned streets. Completed doors dim out. Two crews never deliver the same street by accident.

Track deliveries live
Every delivery appears on your dashboard as a pin on the map. Filter by crew, by zone, by date. Gaps are visible immediately — redirect crews to uncovered streets while they're still in the field.

Export proof for clients
At the end of the contract, export a CSV with every delivery: address, GPS coordinates, timestamp, photo reference, and worker name. Hand it to the client. Pay contractors based on verified drops, not claimed counts.

- Pro supports up to 5 workers. Enterprise supports unlimited workers. There's no limit on zones or drops — track as many crews across as many neighborhoods as you need.
- Does this work for newspaper or sample distribution?
- Yes. FlyerBuddy works for any per-door delivery: door hangers, flyers, newspapers, product samples, political literature. If the unit of work is 'one item at one door,' it tracks it.
- Can my clients see the coverage map?
- Export the coverage data as CSV and share it with your client. The report is self-contained — they don't need a FlyerBuddy account to read it. You can also share screenshots of the coverage map from your dashboard.
- How much does it cost for a distribution company?
- Pro is $49/month for up to 5 workers with unlimited zones, drops, and CSV export. Enterprise is available for companies running more than 5 crews. The free plan covers a solo operator with 500 drops per month if you want to test it first.
