What goes wrong
The gap between what was reported and what happened
- A distributor invoices for 3,000 menus and the only evidence is the invoice.
- Orders spike and you cannot tell which drop produced them, so you reprint blindly.
- Streets outside the delivery radius get covered anyway, wasting the print run.
- Apartment blocks get counted as one door or skipped entirely, with no way to check.

Draw the delivery radius
Trace the area you actually deliver to. Every address inside the boundary is pulled in, so nobody wastes menus on streets you will not drive to.

Split it between drivers
Hand each driver or distributor a zone. They see only their own streets and tap each door as delivered, bad address, or no soliciting.

Compare drops to orders
Coverage is a map, not a claimed count. Export the streets that were covered and line them up against the week's orders before you print again.
