The canvasser selects a door on their app and taps a status: delivered, interested, not home, not interested, bad address. The app prompts for a photo.

Photo is captured
The canvasser snaps a photo of the door, the hanger on the doorknob, or the front of the house. The photo is compressed and stored with the GPS coordinate and the timestamp. The whole process takes under 10 seconds.

Photo syncs to the dashboard
When the canvasser has a data connection (or reconnects after working offline), the photo syncs to the manager's dashboard. The manager can open any drop on the map and see the photo.

When a homeowner calls back, when a client disputes coverage, or when you need to audit a canvasser's work, open the drop and view the photo. Every photo has a GPS coordinate and a timestamp — it's evidence, not just a picture.

- No. The photo adds about 5 seconds to each door. The canvasser taps the status, snaps the photo, and moves on. In a 200-door day, that's about 17 extra minutes — and it produces evidence that GPS alone can't.
- What if the canvasser takes a fake photo (of the wrong door)?
- Every photo is tied to a GPS coordinate and a timestamp. If the canvasser takes a photo of the wrong door, the GPS won't match the address on file, and the drop will be flagged. The manager can review flagged drops and identify the discrepancy.
- How long are photos retained?
- Free plan: 7 days. Pro plan: 30 days. Enterprise: 90 days or custom. After the retention period, the GPS and timestamp data remain, but the photo is deleted to save storage.
- Can I download all photos for a specific zone?
- Yes. Export the zone data as CSV, which includes photo references. Photos can be accessed through the dashboard or exported in bulk on the Enterprise plan.
