FAQ
Questions people ask before their first route
How proof works
- How does FlyerBuddy prove a flyer was delivered?
- Every drop records the worker's GPS position, the time, and a photo taken at the door. The drop is compared against the property's known location, so a delivery logged from the wrong street is visible immediately.
- Does it work without a signal?
- Yes. The app stores drops on the device and uploads them when the phone reconnects. Workers in basements, rural routes and dead zones keep working without losing anything.
- Where do the addresses come from?
- When you draw a zone, FlyerBuddy finds the buildings inside it from OpenStreetMap and verifies each one against a geocoder, so you start with a real address list rather than an empty map.
Privacy & data
- Can workers see each other's zones?
- No. A worker only sees the zones assigned to them. Admins see everything for their company, and no company can see another company's data.
- What happens to the photos?
- They are stored privately and are only viewable by people in your company. Photo resolution depends on your plan: proof-quality on Free, full resolution on paid plans.
- Can I export the data?
- Yes. Drops, leads and zone coverage export to CSV from the settings page, so you can hand a client or a campaign manager a coverage report.
Plans & pricing
- How many workers can I add?
- The Free plan covers one worker. Pro covers five, and Enterprise is unlimited with custom limits set per account.
Getting started
- Do workers need training?
- The capture screen is a map, a camera button and three status options. Most crews are productive on their first route.
