What we collect
Account details. Name, email address and the company you belong to. Created when you sign up or accept an invitation.
Location. When a worker records a delivery, the app captures the device’s GPS position at that moment. Location is recorded per delivery, not continuously — FlyerBuddy does not track a worker between doors or outside a recorded drop.
Photos. The image taken at the door, plus the time it was taken.
Lead details. If a worker records a prospect, whatever they enter: name, phone, email, address and notes.
Property addresses. Derived from OpenStreetMap and a geocoding service when a zone is drawn.
Who can see it
Data belongs to the company that created it. Administrators of that company can see all of its zones, drops, photos and leads. A worker sees only the zones assigned to them and the drops they recorded. No company can read another company’s data; this is enforced in the database itself, not only in the interface.
How long it is kept
Photo retention depends on your plan: 7 days on Free, 30 days on Pro, 90 days on Enterprise. Drop records, leads and coverage history are kept for the life of the account. Deleting your account removes them.
Services we rely on
We use third parties to run the product: Supabase for the database, authentication and file storage; Vercel for hosting; Stripe for payments; and a mapping and geocoding provider to turn boundaries into addresses. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
Your choices
You can export everything your company holds as CSV at any time from settings. To correct or delete data, or to ask what is held about you, contact us. Workers who want their personal data removed should contact their company administrator first, since the company controls its own records.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who can see it, we will say so on this page and update the date above.
