Terms of service
Your account
You need an account to use FlyerBuddy, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Company administrators control who they invite and what those people can see. Keep credentials to yourself and tell us if you think an account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
Use FlyerBuddy for legitimate field operations. Do not use it to track people who have not agreed to be tracked as part of their work, to gather data on individuals unrelated to a delivery, to ignore local rules on soliciting, or to attempt to reach another company's data. We may suspend accounts used this way.
Who owns what
Your zones, drops, photos, leads and reports belong to you. We store and process them so the product works, and we do not sell them or use them to build a competing dataset. FlyerBuddy itself — the software, design and branding — stays ours.
Billing
Paid plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe. Plan limits apply as described on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund partial months unless something on our side went wrong.
Availability
We work to keep the service up, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Field work continues without a connection: the app queues drops on the device and uploads them later, so an outage should not cost you a route.
What we are not liable for
FlyerBuddy records evidence of deliveries. It does not guarantee that a worker delivered anything, and it is not a substitute for your own supervision. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account whenever you like. We may close an account that breaches these terms or goes unpaid. On closure we delete your data; export anything you want to keep first.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will notify account administrators before it takes effect, and the date above will change.
