Event promotion

Street teams you are paying by the hour, on a map

Promo staff are usually casual, paid by the shift, and working areas nobody supervises. FlyerBuddy turns a shift into a coverage map you can show a venue or a sponsor.

What goes wrong

The gap between what was reported and what happened

  • Promoters are paid for a four-hour shift with no way to see what got covered.
  • A sponsor asks where their flyers went and the honest answer is a guess.
  • The same busy street gets hit three times while whole neighborhoods are missed.
  • Staff turn over constantly, so any process that needs training does not survive.

On a route

How event teams run it

  1. 01

Zone the area around the venue

Draw the blocks you want covered before doors open. Each promoter gets a zone so two people never work the same street.

  2. 02

    One tap per door

New staff need no training beyond taking a photo. Each drop carries a GPS fix and a timestamp, so a shift is verifiable without a supervisor standing there.

  3. 03

    Report to the sponsor

Export the covered streets as a CSV. Coverage becomes something you can attach to an invoice instead of describing.
